If you are unsatisfied with your item for any reason, you may return it within seven days of receipt. You must keep all packaging and included materials including papers, wrapping, and accessories. The item must be re-boxed in the same condition it was received. Item must be shipped back to us with shipping insurance to warrant against loss or damage by the shipping carrier. If insurance is not purchased, and your item is lost or damaged in shipping, you will be held responsible for the damage/loss and will not receive a refund. You must pay for the return shipping to our warehouse. Upon receipt we will inspect your item to see that it was returned in good condition, and then promptly refund the entire purchase amount.

Defective Merchandise
Merchandise that is discovered to be defective upon receipt will be replaced, if stock is still available. You may also return defective merchandise for a refund.
You will have 7 days from the time you receive the item to contact us if the item is defective. You must contact us about any returns and receive return authorization before sending your item back to us.
If your item should break after seven days from receiving it, you will have to seek warranty service with the manufacturer.

Damaged Merchandise
All packages are inspected for damage prior to leaving our warehouse. If your merchandise is damaged during shipment by the shipping courier, please contact us immediately as we must be informed within 7 days from the date of receipt for all damage/shipping related claims. Damaged merchandise will be replaced, if stock is still available. Otherwise, a refund will be made. If an item is lost by the carrier, please understand that there can sometimes be a delay while we wait for the carrier to initiate an insurance claim. this process can sometimes take seven days or longer.
